The Follow-Up

When starting the remedy, you’ll stay in close contact with your Homeopath for the first week or two to monitor how things are progressing. This may be through a quick call, text, or email.  

A full follow-up appointment typically takes place 4 to 6 weeks after your initial consultation, although this may vary depending on your individual case. The follow-up session usually lasts about an hour. During this time, your Homeopath will review your main symptoms and note any changes since starting the remedy. Based on this review, they may choose to further study your case, repeat the remedy, or hold off on additional doses for the time being. Clear instructions on the next steps will be provided at the end of your session.
